Clinical anatomy for the Clinician

Lumbar epidural corticosteroid injection

Lumbar transforaminal injections

Lumbar medial branch blocks and zygapophyseal injections

Medical Necessity/coding for interventional techniques

Setting up fluoroscopy live

Interactive hands on training utilizing Stick-It-2-Me minimum 6 hours

Proficiency exam

Cervical Interventional Spine Course

At the end of the course participants will be knowledgeable in:

  1. Risks and utilization of fluoroscopy

  2. Fluoroscopic spinal anatomy in relation to interventional injections

  3. Indications and contraindications for cervical and thoracic spinal injections

  4. Proper technique for cervical and thoracic spinal injections

  5. Risks of spinal injection
